Dr. Eden Goldman, D.C., C.Y.T., E-RYT500 is a wellness-based chiropractor, certified yoga therapist, physical rehabilitation specialist and owner of The Yoga Doctors Mandiram in West Los Angeles, CA. Named as “one of the leaders of the next generation in yoga,” Eden was raised in the ancient science of Kriya Yoga and completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic while mentoring under the L.A. Clippers team chiropractor, Dr. Craig Liebenson, D.C. and Dr. Larry Payne, Ph.D., the founding president of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. His healing work integrates classical eastern Yoga therapeutics, Thai massage and myofascial release bodywork with western advancements in movement science, prevention, sports medicine and chiropractic. Co-director of Loyola Marymount University’s prestigious Yoga and the Healing Sciences Teacher Training Program and author of The Secret Art of Adjusting Yoga Poses, Dr. Goldman has been featured in many forms of print, media and books on yoga and yoga therapy.

Terra Gold, L.Ac., D.O.M. (FL), C.Y.T., E-RYT is a licensed Acupuncturist, a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, a clinical nutritionist and a certified Yoga therapist. Having taught Yoga for over 15 years after growing up immersed in the spiritual and metaphysical traditions of Yoga, Buddhism, esoteric Christianity and Shamanism, Terra holds a graduate degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture, a BA from UCLA in World Arts and Cultures and an allied professional degree in Integrative Body Psychotherapy. She is co-director of the Yoga and Healing Sciences program @ LMU, one of the only teacher training programs in the country hosted at a major University, and recently released her first Bhakti music album, Sun and Moon, in autumn of 2012. Founder of Terra Wellness and co-founder of Yoga Doctors, Terra has been featured on the cover of LA Yoga Magazine and in the widely acclaimed books, Yoga For Dummies andShakti, The Feminine Power of Yoga.

Terri Cooper, E-RYT200 is the founder and owner of 305 Yoga & Outreach and its non-profit division, Yoga Gangsters. She is the mastermind behind YogattaKnowThis.com, the ridiculously cool master class series that brings together teachings from the top Yoga masters in South Florida and each year she inspires the entire SoFla Yoga community to practice for a purpose by hosting Yoga Aid, an annual event that raises thousands of dollars for charity. A senior leader for Off The Mat Into The World, Terri is the Florida campaign lead for the political movement yogavotes.org and was part of a handful of elite instructors to offer Yoga at both the Democratic and Republican national conventions during the 2012 presidential party elections.

Dr. Larry Payne, Ph.D., E-RYT500 is an internationally acclaimed yoga teacher, back care specialist and owner of Samata International Yoga Center in Los Anegeles, CA. Named as “One of America’s most respected Yoga teachers,” he is the co-author of several Yoga books including Yoga Therapy Rx, The Business of Teaching Yoga and the best-selling book, Yoga for Dummies. Professionally, Dr. Payne is the founding president of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, founder of the corporate Yoga program at the J. Paul Getty Museum, the first Yoga teacher to offer Yoga classes at the World Economic Forum, co-founder of the yoga curriculum at The UCLA School of Medicine and the founding director of the Yoga Therapy RX certification program at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, which is currently the only University-based Yoga therapist training program in the country.

Frances Rhodis, L.Ac., A.P., RYT500 is an Acupuncture Physician, Reiki Master and Body Movement Therapist. She completed her work in the field of Acupuncture at the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine and has been a Yoga instructor for more than a decade specializing in Iyengar Yoga, Kids Yoga, hoop fitness and gentle Yoga therapeutics. Leading workshops and teacher trainings all over the country, Frances is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and a prominent interior design expert incorporating Eastern style and Feng Shui space principles into Western design concepts.

Dr. Lori Rubenstein, D.P.T., RYT500 is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a certified Yoga therapist, a leading Pilates instructor and a respected researcher. She is the owner and director of Mosaic Physical Therapy in West Los Angeles and holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Massachusetts General Institute of Health Professions, a Bachelor of Science from Boston University in Physical Therapy and an advanced Master’s degree in Manipulative Therapy from the University of South Australia. Academically, Dr. Rubenstein is a professor in the Physical Therapy program at Mount St. Mary’s College, a senior faculty member in LMU’s Yoga Therapy RX program and her work and published articles have been recognized in publications across the nation as well as several professional journals.

Chet Alexander was born and raised in Jamaica where he was introduced to natural healing and shamanic practices at an early age. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from London’s Manchester University, a fifth degree blackbelt in Kung Fu under Grand Master Chang and studied advanced Kabbalah in the school of Zev Ben Shimon Halevi. Owner of the Nityananda Yoga Center in Coconut Grove and co-director of the center’s “Immanent Health” program, Chet founded the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, The Alexander Foundation, and has published two books: John Crow Speaks, the Earth Teachings of the Jamaican Elders and For the Noble Ones.

Dr. Eric Goodman, D.C. is one of the up-and-coming stars in the world of rehabilitation and sports performance functional training. With a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and undergraduate degrees in physiology and nutrition, he is the co-founder of an innovative and approach to human performance called Foundation Training. Numerous leading professional athletes and celebrities like Lance Armstrong, Matthew McConaughey, Kelly Slater, the U.S. Olympic Water Polo Team, Rob Lowe and Derek Fisher have trained extensively in Dr. Goodman’s techniques and his best-selling book, Foundation: Redefine Your Core, Conquer Back pain and Move with Confidence, introduces many progressive concepts to successfully treat the body using physical medicine and movement.

Emily Large, P.T., C.Y.T., E-RYT500 is the founder of Living Large Therapeutics in Palm Beach County, which combines the science of physical therapy with the time-honored practice of Yoga. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida and attended Emory University for graduate studies in neuroscience and movement science. One of only two Viniyoga Yoga therapists in the state of Florida, Emily completed the 4-year, 1000-hour Yoga therapist training with legendary Yoga therapist, Gary Kraftsow through the American Viniyoga Institute. Her work has been featured in the New York Times, Yoga Journal, Palm Beach Post, PT Magazine and on NBC’s WPTV News Channel 5.

Lisa Pumper, E-RYT200 is a Reiki Master, a classical Ayurvedic Thai Yoga bodyworker and an accomplished Restorative Yoga instructor. She is certified to teach Hatha Yoga by Surendran Pandaran of Aananda Yoga and has studied a variety of Yoga traditions. Organizing director of the local group “The Yoga cOMmUNITY of South Florida,” Lisa is recognized as a community leader and is a major force behind the creation of events, Yoga teacher training programs and other local Yoga offerings in SoFla.

Paul ToliuszisA longtime yoga teacher from Miami Beach, Florida, Paul is the creator of Miami Beach Power Yoga. During the past 18 years of practice this teacher of teachers has founded 3 Yoga Alliance Registered Schools, conducted 30 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses, and helped hundreds of people become professional teachers in the global yoga community. An everyday working teacher, Paul enjoys meeting and sharing yoga with all populations. He is skillful and knowledgeable as a 1-on-1 yoga therapist and a proven master at teaching group classes. Paul is regularly invited to present at the Omega Institute and Art of Vinyasa national yoga conferences in Florida. He is a longtime advocate of the Yoga Alliance and is registered at the E- RYT level.
