Plan For Your First Visit

Give Yourself Time

Pre-register for class, arrive fashionably EARLY (15 min), grab free parking next to our building, come. Be sure to check in with the desk and plan to stay for the entire class.

What To Wear

Wear comfy clothing that you can move easily in, remove your shoes in the lobby. Cubbies are available. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or strong scents.

What To Bring

If you have a yoga mat, bring it and maybe a towel and water too. If you don’t have these items, no biggie. We have plenty of quality, clean rental mats available for $3 and mats, and water bottles available for purchase.

FREE Parking

There are 3 free public parking lots on 126th street, just a few doors down from us on both sides.

This practice is wifi free! We want all of YOU during class, so leave the technological distractions in your bag and make sure it’s on silent.
