WOVEN WITHIN

Woven Within: Mapping the Invisible Threads Between Body, Belief, and Spirit
in North Miami.

September 5-7, 2025

We’re shaped by invisible threads—experiences held in the body, beliefs etched in the mind, and spiritual truths just beneath the surface.

In this weekend immersion with Seane, explore the energetic throughlines that connect body to emotion, belief to soul, and personal story to something far more universal.

This is both a physical and spiritual experience.

Yoga becomes the map, breath the guide, and self-inquiry the compass. Through movement, meditation, breathwork, and reflection, we’ll trace the patterns that shape us and return to what’s true.

Join for the full weekend or drop in for a single session.

You’ll be supported in cultivating presence, restoring balance, and uncovering the invisible pathways that lead you home to your Self.

SCHEDULE

Four transformational (3 hour) sessions, over 1 epic weekend.

$275 Full Weekend.

The Body as a Portal: Foundations in Sacred Alignment

We begin by attuning to the body as a sacred map.

This traditional vinyasa flow—Sun Salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward folds, and restorative shapes—is woven with breath, gaze, and alignment.

Asana becomes ritual, preparing the body for deeper states of presence and spiritual connection.

Friday September 5 | 6-9PM

Patterns in the Psyche: Shadow Work and the Subtle Body

Every belief leaves a trace.

This session explores how trauma, conditioning, and unconscious narratives shape our inner and outer worlds. Through a trauma-informed lens, we’ll work with asana, breath, and energetic anatomy to feel and begin to shift what no longer serves.

Shadow work, in motion—curious, compassionate, and brave.

Saturday September 6 | 9:30AM-12:30PM

Stillness as Revelation: Yin Yoga and the Three Realms of Being

When the body is still, the subtle speaks.

Through Yin and slow-flow practices, we explore the Three Realms: physical/mental, energetic/emotional, psychic/symbolic. As we soften into stillness, we listen, feel, and reweave the threads that hold us together.

This is a sacred pause—an invitation to deepen and integrate.

Saturday September 6 | 2-5PM

Living Prayer: Ritual, Intention, and the Energetics of Liberation

Our closing session is a living prayer.

Through movement, breath, and personal ritual, we charge the body with intention and anchor our individual threads into a collective field.

Bring sacred items—crystals, photos, objects of meaning—for our co-created altar.

We end in devotion, attuned to love, healing, and liberation.

Sunday September 7 | 9:30AM-12:30PM
