Welcome to 305 Yoga and Outreach
305 Yoga & Outreach is a karma yoga school located in the heart of Miami Shores and is home to the Yoga Gangsters. This sacred space opened its doors in May of 2007, under the name of Shores Yoga. As the community grew, so did the vision and direction of founder and owner Terri Cooper who has been inspired by Off The Mat Into The World. To date the Yoga Gangsters have raised more than $90 thousand dollars for local and global projects and have taught more than 300 free yoga classes to communities that are at risk or in crisis.
Our mission statement:
Yoga Gangsters empowers youth by addressing the symptoms of trauma and poverty such as limited education, addiction, violence, incarceration, teen pregnancy, HIV, and more through the science and practice of yoga.
