305 Yoga is more than a yoga studio. We're a school for the study and practice of yoga, and for twenty years we've remained committed to honoring its roots while making the teachings accessible to everyday people.

While much of the wellness industry chases trends, we've chosen a different path. We aren't interested in becoming a Pilates studio, adding HIIT classes, or reinventing ourselves every few years. We believe yoga offers something far deeper than exercise, and we're committed to staying true to that.

As our General Manager, you'll become the operational leader of the studio.

You'll lead the Member Experience Team, support our teachers, oversee the daily operation + Cleanliness of the business, manage budgets and staffing, and build genuine relationships with our members.


You'll work toward clearly defined goals while ensuring every person who walks through our doors experiences the warmth, professionalism, and consistency that has defined 305 Yoga over two decades.



As owner, my focus is shifting toward marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, and the long-term vision of the organization. And, Your focus is leading the daily operation of the studio so it runs beautifully every day, even when I’m not onsite.

This is a full-time, on-site position averaging forty hours per week.

The schedule is flexible and changes with the needs of the business, including weekends, occasional split shifts, workshops, retreats, and community events.


We're looking for someone who lives nearby, wants to grow with the organization, and is excited to help lead the next chapter of 305 Yoga.

the General Manager will oversee a dream team that includes yoga teachers, a Member Experience Team, several part-time department managers, and key operational support staff.

You'll inherit a strong foundation, while also having the autonomy to evaluate systems, develop people, and help shape how the team evolves as we grow.

What Success Looks Like

Six months from now, our members know your name. Our teachers feel supported. The Member Experience Team is Thriving. The studio runs beautifully.

From a business perspective, you'll manage the operating budget and work toward clearly defined membership, retention, and revenue goals. Our primary objective is to grow recurring memberships while protecting the culture that makes 305 Yoga special.

Beyond our weekly classes, you'll help champion teacher trainings, workshops, retreats, Sanctuary programming, Community Outreach Programs, special events and nationally recognized presenters.


Every offering is an opportunity to deepen someone's relationship with yoga while strengthening the health of the business.

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in helping those programs thrive.

Technology & Tools

You don't need to know every system we use before you start, but you should be comfortable learning new technology and working in a digital environment.

Our team uses:

  • Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar)

  • WhatsApp for team communication

  • Momence (our scheduling, CRM, and point-of-sale platform)

If you're organized, tech-comfortable, and enjoy learning new systems, we'll teach you everything else.

Compensation & Benefits

I believe great people deserve to be well compensated, supported, and given the opportunity to grow alongside the organization they help build.

Starting Salary

Starting at $52,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience.

Performance Bonuses

In addition to your salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $7,000 through two performance-based bonus periods within the first year, based on clear Achievable goals.

Paid Time Off

Paid Sick Leave

  • Up to 5 paid sick days annually after your first 120 days of employment.

Paid Vacation

  • 7 paid vacation days each year.

  • 3 days become available after 120 days of employment.

  • The remaining 4 days become available after 240 days.

  • Vacation days may be taken consecutively or individually with advance approval.

I’m committed to investing in the health of my team. After your introductory employment period, you'll be eligible to participate in a Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA), which provides reimbursement of up to $150 per month for eligible healthcare expenses, tax free.

As part of your employment, you'll receive:

  • Unlimited membership to 305 Yoga.

  • I ask that you maintain an active personal practice by attending at least one class each week.

  • The opportunity to attend up to five regularly scheduled classes each week during your paid work hours, provided your responsibilities are covered and studio operations continue to run smoothly.

  • One complimentary Sanctuary session each week, Unwind in our sauna and cold plunge.

  • One healing session each quarter with a practitioner from our We Heal Collective.

This is a full-time leadership position, not a side hustle.

I truly love this sacred practice and adore the incredible team and community here at 305 Yoga.


I opened in 2006 with a simple belief: yoga should be Welcoming to everyday people.

Over the years we've moved five times and have finally landed here in North Miami, in our forever home The Shala.



We've weathered recessions, hurricanes, a global pandemic, and every challenge that comes with building an independent business that's rooted in purpose instead of trends.

Our roots have always been in karma yoga. Before I became a mom, I spent thousands of hours teaching in Schools, juvenile detention centers, rehabs, shelters, and underserved communities… because I've always believed yoga belongs everywhere [not just inside beautiful studios].

As we continue to grow, one of my deepest hopes is that we can get back to Outreach work again.

If you come work with me, you'll quickly learn that I have high standards. I move fast. I care deeply. I'll challenge you, invest in you, and expect you to keep growing.


But I'll also support you, celebrate your wins, and treat you with the same kindness and respect, just as I expect you to show every person who walks through our doors.
