WE ARE ALL LOOKING FOR RELIEF

Y12SR Recovery Yoga Training Miami

November 13th to 15th, 2026

Recovery isn't only about changing what you do. It's about understanding what you reach for…and why.

A Whole-Person Approach to Recovery

Y12SR brings together the wisdom of the Twelve Steps, yoga philosophy, trauma-informed practices, and modern neuroscience to explore recovery through both mind and body.

Rather than focusing only on changing thoughts or behaviors, this training explores how stress, trauma, and addiction are experienced in the body, and how embodied practices can support lasting recovery.

Y12SR Recovery Yoga Training is a 24-hour immersive certification designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to lead Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) meetings in your community.

Held over one weekend, the training combines foundational self-study with live, interactive instruction. Choose to attend online or in person in Miami.

By the end of the weekend, you'll have completed all requirements to become a certified Y12SR Peer Support Guide.
