What to know before class:

  • Wear comfortable clothes in which you can easily move.

  • It’s best to come on an empty stomach. If hunger is an issue, a light snack before class can help.

  • Prepare to sweat! Our eco studio is room temperature. We do not use AC or artificial heat. Bring a hand towel, and a water bottle.

A personal yoga orientation call with Terri [owner of 305 Yoga]. The orientation gives you an opportunity to share about your life, your body, your concerns and your hopes. We'll consider any previous injuries or physical needs you may have as well as your stress level and frame of mind, so that we can tailor your yoga experience to you, and support you along the way. FIVE guided 60 minute Gentle Yoga or Yin Yoga classes with our nurturing and inspiring yoga teachers. These accessible classes are the best way to get started. After class get your questions asked and answered. (value $125)
