FAQ
-
The call to deepen your understanding of yoga comes at different times for different people. Some will practice for years while others have jumped in with very little experience. All we require is a firm commitment, and an open mind and heart.
-
Many of our graduates have gone on to teach professionally, while many more have done this as a way to deepen their healing journey. You will teach some during the actual training, and it’s a potent aspect of the course for all.
-
Absolutely! Our program is one of Miami’s oldest and most well respected. All you need to do is submit a copy of the Certificate we give you showing you are a CYT (Certified Yoga Teacher).
-
NO! Yoga is a non-lisensed industry, meaning we are not regulated by the state or US government. Unlike massage therapists, our industry does not have to register with any associations or alliances. There are several organizations within yoga, but these are voluntary and not required by law. Please note 305 Yoga is not affiliated with any of these voluntary organizations.

It is highly suggested that you attend all sessions LIVE. And, of course there may be a session or two where you can not attend. Much of our curriculum is also pre-recorded, you can get the notes from another student and you can make up hours at the studio.
